The overall objective of the Trust, 'to return Europe's finest Wurlitzer pipe organ to public use', is achieved by the joint efforts of the Cinema Organ Society and the Trocadero Wurlitzer Trust.

The Trust's prime activity is to raise funds for the restoration and reinstallation of the Trocadero Wurlitzer and the subsequent maintenance and operation thereof by the Cinema Organ Society.

Both the Trust and the Society operate according to their respective constitutions with mirrored governing bodies and trustees.

The T2T Project Committee has the objective of restoring and installing the Trocadero Wurlitzer in the Troxy Stepney, under the governance of the Society General Committee and the Trust.
